Waiting for his GCS

GCS here, means "Grilled Cheese Sandwich".

La Parenthèse, where I've eaten often these past months, has turned into a regular grilled cheese restaurant. The names of some of the sandwiches are rather good in and of themselves:

The Piggy Pop (cured pork)
The Mouse Trap (four types of cheese)
The Ike & Tuna (I'll let you guess this one)
The Lucky Luciano (with Parma ham)
The All Green (veggies only - and cheese of course!)

Funnily enough, Julie thought of Pulp Fiction when I showed her the pic. I say "funnily enough" because the Al Green song I linked too features in Pulp Fiction's soundtrack... :-)
