El Torcal
Today we went on a day trip to El Torcal - it is the most amazing site of ancient rock and Karst formations that harbours rare plants, birds and mammals. We did the 3km route thinking we could knock that off in an hour. Well over 2 hours later we staggered back to the car park and gratefully sank drinks and snack lunch. We are off to Cañillas village square now for a final supper and also a little celebration to mark our 47th wedding anniversary. I expect I'll have a glass or two. Cheers!
Oh and the answer to yesterday - from all sides it looked remarkably like an elephant (well done Snowy) and it is a LEMON!
