Aubergine and courgette parmagiana to go with a roast chicken and salad.

Tuesday seems to be my cleaning day. Went for a 4 mile run, had a bath and then dusted, hoovered, washed out the food recycling bin as it was bin day today and it smelled awful! Boiled my running clothes with vinegar in 2 batches and washed them. Nice!
Then watched TV for a bit before starting to cook the dinner.
Last night we did our Glastonbury shopping online so we have lots of deliveries to come this week, rucksacks, sleeping bags, dolly Parton fancy dress.....just got to air out the tent and buy wellies and a few other bits.
