Grrr

Today I spent my time at the Inner London Crown Court with like minded personages who like me, think they will better themselves by training!

There was a lion outside the window today, honest !

3 days and counting before I hang up my pen for a well deserved break from the treadmill, roll on ...

It was a fabulous day, allegedly, although I can't complain as we trainees had some fun.

Very stuffy on the train so the salad and glass of wine was so welcoming when I finally put the key in the door.

Hope you didn't get caught out with the burnt skin effect lol - I remain white, of course ...
