On The Pond 3 - Ends Place Pond, Warnham

I stopped off at Warnham on the way home and walked down to take a picture of this particular lake. There seems to be many resident Canada Geese here in the summer as well as the winter.

The lake forms part of the grounds of a large apartment block that is known as Warnham Manor. The original house on the site was called Ends Place and this was demolished and replaced with the rather (in my view!) uninspiring pile that is there today. However, the grounds help to make up for this and the setting is very pleasant with this lake making a special feature of the grounds.
