BLACK ON YELLOW

I had my last session of physio and ultra sound treatment this morning. I've got to keep up with the massage and exercises myself whilst waiting for an appointment to see the specialist.

We did some gardening in the afternoon. The centres of my yellow poppies were covered with little black beetles and this is my blip!
We went for a walk late afternoon. It has been sunny but quite windy again today.
