English Figs?

This fig tree is on our patio. These fruit started growing last year but Pete over-wintered it successfully and this spring they've put on flesh and are looking as if they may become edible. :-)


They usually drop off well before they get to tomato size so to have them this big is quite amazing. We don't really think they will survive much longer so I thought I'd better show them off before I missed the opportunity! ;-) Fingers crossed for gorgeous hot weather!
