The Arrival, Tewkesbury

I went for a stroll with the camera tonight around Tewkesbury. I visted the Abbey and the new(ish) statues titled 'The Arrival'. The Arrival is a memorial commerorating the Battle of Tewkesbury (1471) and is very impressive, especially against the sunset. I didn't get many pictures of the Abbey, it was mostly locked up.

I caved in a few months ago and created a Facebook profile for my little pet photography venture (That's Snappy), I am also using the page to store some of the pictures that don't quite make it to blip.
