MND is a horrible disease, and one I did a bit of volunteering and fundraising for a few years ago when my friend ran the Edinburgh Marathon for MND for a few years in a row.

I have heaps of old freshers week and volunteering Tshirts and normally when I go to the gym I just grab one and off I go. Today, this was the one I looked for and chose to wear. The more that can be done to research and find a cute for this nasty disease the better.
