The Thinking Person's Pizza

Flying blind with the oven.
Seems to be working better after it was fixed a few weeks ago, but I don't think the actual temperature corresponds to that on the dial.
Subsequently, my time-honoured rule of 13 minutes to a well-cooked pizza no longer holds.
I've been up and down from the couch like a jack-in-the-box to check on it.
Better be good.

Went hat shopping after work. Unsuccessful. Fat head. Did run into Helen of Troy though.

Early to bed tonight. Going to read until I fall asleep. Mmmmm....
