Went for a walk with my aunt and her dog this morning, just over 5 miles and the dog was struggling to keep up so we slowed down a bit. Got back to hers for a drink and a sit down and a relax, the. She took me out for a lovely salad lunch.

Got home with plenty of time to pick up the girls. Had an early dinner as they were both really hungry and we settled down to catch up with two episodes of Springwatch. Bed for them and a bit of housework for me. Unfortunately ended the evening with a bit of dirt in my right eye and now it feels dry and sore. Sleep will help!
