Relaxing in Sandvík

After lunch we drove to Hauganes and spent the afternoon in Sandvík, my parents cottage. We had birthday cake (my husband's birthday is tomorrow and we celebrate it today since tomorrow is a workday) and my mother made pancakes. I was very tired today after staying up late last night and I had a nap in the afternoon to catch up on some sleep. Daníel made his family recipe for dinner; Lamb-chops with mustard, cream, cheese and spaghetti. Might sound funny but it's delicious!
