1,000 Days project #Cambodia

Our '1000 Days' programme in Cambodia cares for women and their babies from conception right through to a child's second birthday.

This photo was taken in Prek Rey. At this session, 83 women gathered together to learn about birth spacing and personal hygiene. IMPACT Cambodia also told us that they have "given thanks to seven mothers who have children reach to two years old which mean that they have completed the programme successfully with healthy children."

The team in Cambodia also offers Mother's help setting up home gardens; encouraging them to plant more vegetables to prevent malnutrition and reduce family expense.
