It's 5pm and I've just got out of bed. I had a reaction to chilli coated peanuts and spent 7 hours throwing up :(

The Husband postponed his motorcycle service appointment must be love to walk the dogs with Chris then take Alice to her orthodontist appointment.

This is the first walk I've missed since the pups came to live with us. After not being sick for a few hours they were allowed upstairs to say hello. I passed the Am I Better Test of a dog landing on my stomach. I'm so pleased they are small! Tea and toast have stayed in so I think I'm over the peanuts now.
