Patatas (Potatoes)

Esta mañana he hecho un experimento en la cocina que ya llevaba tiempo con ganas de probar. Meter patatas crudas en el microondas. Las untas en aceite y las echas sal y pimienta. El resultado, exquisito.

This morning, I´ve made an experiment. I didn´t know it. Maybe some of you knew it already. The experiment consists in putting in the microwaves raw potatoes slathered in olive oil with a bit of salt and pepper. The result is exquisite.
