Grit

Some days require a little more than others...

I've been putting off dealing with something tricky but today I had to grit my teeth and make the phone call I had been dreading. And it was...Fine. All fine. What could have been a really awful situation has been contained because of the good nature of someone who has every right to be angry and upset. Sometimes in this job people share a little bit of their life with you and it just puts so much other stuff into context.
