A Sobering Reminder

This German WW2 tank is positioned in a small Belgian town, not far from the Luxembourg border, as a reminder to the townsfolk of the terrible hammering it (the town) had during the second world war. Older people do not need the reminder of course, but the town as a whole has the collective memory of a most terrible trashing c70 years ago. A sobering reminder indeed.
