A post run selfie!

I'm very pale so the red face is extra noticeable! I've blipped this because I'm quite proud of my run today! I went 4.5 miles and averaged at just over 12mins a mile which is good for me! Both the speed and the distance! I just kept repeating the mantra that it's only my mind stopping me and it really worked! I don't care how awful I look in this picture! I worked hard and I'm pleased with it!

A quieter day today thankfully! Did 2 hours volunteering in charlottes class, a food shop and then two hours childminding. I'm not working again now until Monday so plan to blitz the house tomorrow and Friday. It needs it! Oh and get a couple of runs in as well!
