TENACIOUS

This is the flag and some of the rigging of the tall ship, Tenacious, which is one of the vessels used by the Jubilee Sailing Trust see http://jst.org.uk/about-jubilee-sailing-trust/what-we-do/

"The JST takes both disabled and able-bodied men and women to sea, to not only teach them how to crew a tall ship, but to promote equality, sharing, and to celebrate our individual differences by working together to achieve greater things."

I missed the Tenacious both arriving and departing in Dartmouth, and found her quite tricky to photograph and do her elegance and size justice. So here's a more arty shot taken while the crew were eating breakfast.

Pretty fantastic to see an occupied wheelchair halfway up one of the mast yesterday, just by one of the platforms in the photo. Pretty humbling, too.
