Cathedral and Moon
Yes, I HAD to return to the scene of the crime of yesterday's Blip, my all-night stop-out watching of the stars, then clouds, then nothing but cloud...
This morning I had to get a closer view of the Spire and the three-quarter moon, so used the Tamron SP 17-50mm f2.8 at its longest. A fast apertured lens is not best for strong light sources as the glass surfaces are necessarily larger and so lens flare was inevitable.
