Quitting Time for Food Carts

Did you ever wonder where those food carts go when the sun goes down? I just happened to catch this rather large cart being pushed off its corner at the end of the day, though I'm not sure where they were headed. I'm seeing more Halal food carts around the city lately (Halal is food prepared according Muslim dietary guidelines) which makes it much easier for me to dine on my favorite Middle Eastern dishes for a song!
