A walk in the Woods

Putting out an orienteering course in our local woods was a delight. It took rather longer than I planned due to the frequent stops to take pictures.

The sunshine has helped the tiny wild strawberries to ripen and I was amazed at the number of fungi sprouting on a tree near the castle and also one in the woods.

Looking forward to being in the woods this evening to see what else I can spot.
