From Nose to Tail

Anna went to Preston today and came back with a splendid haul. Ox cheeks, Ox tail, skirt steak and these - pigs trotters. Now gently simmering in the oven with chicken stock, Madeira and assorted veg, herbs and spices. Yup - we're making Trotter Gear.
