lovely redstart...

I went for what turned out to be a 3 hour wander after work. I went looking for redstarts and green hairstreaks and so took both lenses. I saw the redstarts but not the green hairstreaks... but also saw lovely cinnabar moths, little carpet moths I think, a wonderfully green orb web spider, curlews, lapwing, skylarks, a buzzard and a very close up cuckoo when my macro lens was on... it was always going to happen!
