A day in Dinan
Today, sunny at last, Mr C and I drove to Lehon where we had a look at the old abbey before taking the delightful half hour walk by the river to Dinan, a pretty port, seen in the blip. The walk up though the cobbled streets was steep but not a problem for intrepid hill-walkers! In the town we met the family for a lovely long lunch. The restaurant was Michelin recommended for seafood which was much enjoyed. The little ones appreciated tastes of everything, then after icecreams for them, we headed home for their pre-bedtime swim.
