Snail watching

Another nice day , though not as warm.
Mr Rat took grandson to Toddler Group and I caught up on some of the housework, then helped at café and did some gardening at home whilst grandson slept.
Once up again he was out in the garden and was fascinated by this snail, he kept going back to watch its progress.
I joined the Dundee Road Runners last week and went for a training session with them - it involved running up a hill for different lengths of time and is the sort of training that's very hard to do by yourself.
