Meal for one...

After Day 3 the group decided to meet for food then watch the England game, which just wasn't appealing to me after the draining day of more psychological and emotional trauma I have been through today. I guess that these type of courses have been tested and tested before being run and there may be a reason at the end of the week why they have pushed us all to our limits and way out of our comfort zone, but it still doesn't sit right with me because no matter how much they try I will not tell them my business (not that I have anything interesting to say)! I have heard some really personal stuff from complete strangers that just makes be feel really uneasy and sad.

The next 2 years are going to be very hard but I have to think about the benefits it will have not just on my career but what I learn about myself? And I have to admit so far a lot of things we have discussed have put some perspective in my life and I have some small changes to make...
