I had planned to go for a run this lunchtime but I'm trying really hard to "listen to my body" rather than treat injuries as challenges to be conquered. So upon "hearing" a slightly sore hip today I decided to go for a long walk in town instead.

This subject was outside enjoying the sunshine.
