Another long rubbish day at work!

I was dragged by promised my neighbour I'd go swimming tonight after work but only if she ran too......so having not swam for over a year, I managed 1.2mikes in 50mins, feeling quite pleased with myself! Finished it off with a 1mile run lol and gossip over a reasonably healthy tea......need chocolate now, but due to poor planning can't find any!
