Inside Newcastle Civic centre

Day 2 of my course at the Newcastle civic centre. This circular room which sits on "stilts" above the entrance and water feature below is very 60s groovy. Usually conferences have really uncomfortable chairs but this has massive green leather arm chairs to sit back in and little tables on each side- it's perfect! The walls are retro wood panelling and the floor at the front is green marble, not sure about the carpeted ceiling though! Overall, a great venue and a great conference! :)
