Last beach class for the summer

My friend and Nia instructor Kathy Oravec and me, taken by fellow student Linda, after Kathy's LAST beach class until September. She is leaving in a few days to facilitate a 3-day Expressive Body Retreat in North Carolina. After that she's traveling to a yoga festival in Colorado and from there she's headed to Portland, Oregon where the Nia fitness program is headquartered. She's off on a summer dance enlightenment adventure =I'm so happy for her! I'll miss her a lot, but so glad she is following her heart to take this journey.

So, if you saw yesterday's post and were wondering what the "after" hair looked like, this is for you! In the bright sun it probably does not look that much different to you, but my hairdresser really did paint on 2 different colors of a darker blonde/light brown. When I changed my hair color and went blonde, it was a very bright blonde. Now it is toned down, still blonde, but not so bombshell! : ) ) I am happy with it.
