Vacillate

A new sculpture appeared in the gardens a couple of days ago here at the Santa Fe Skies RV Park. I had to stop, turn my head sideways and study it a bit before I realized what it said. "Vacillate". Waiver, swing indecisively from one side to another - hmmm - could be what one does if one were on vacation I guess.
