Gelato

The best gelato joint in town was jammed tonight. It was only about 102 or 103F today so, now the sun is just disappearing, it's a balmy 99F, with 12% humidity. That's the beauty of our dry heat - at least once you're used to it. As soon as you're out of the direct sunlight, you feel markedly cooler.
We're sitting at a sidewalk table watching the crowd who thought about Gelato just a little less quickly than us.
