Tuck Shop feast

Summer salad courtesy of Tuck Shop, my absolute favourite restaurant in Montreal.

How is it possible to make a salad so tasty and refreshing? It even had fiddleheads, which are, rather humorously, called 'têtes de violons' in French, pretty much a literal translation.

They were so good. And so was everything else. Yum! Well worth waiting for.
