Blue Skies....

At last, we've had a sunny day here, feels like i haven't seen the sun for ages...and so today we were blessed with a spectacularly bright and sunny day!

It has also been a very lovely day....went to a Nia class this morning....and danced my ass off.....god did that feel good.....mind you now when i try to get up off the chair most of my lower extremities scream out in pain! it's been many months since i've been at a dance class, and of course i don't seem to know how to hold back for a bit till i get my poor old body up to steam.....never could do things in half measure - so i suffer a bit. but it's worth it....getting back into dancing twice a week will help take of those extra pounds i've gained since moving to the East coast!!!

then we headed to Sydney, to do some errands and a quick dinner and off to the movies! i love going to the movies..... "It's Complicated" lives up to all the reviews, it's very sweet and extremely funny....well i laughed a lot !
