A little bit of Scotland...

The Otago Peninsula has a very Scottish feel to it, from the Presbyterian churches to the schoolgirls in tartan skirts. So I was amused to spot this poster outside the Otago Settlers Museum in Dunedin.

(Of course similar sentiments could be applied to the English settlers elsewhere in New Zealand!)
