What's in a Name

Today I had to go to New Brighton for the BIS Manufacturing Summit.

I was expecting that with Nick Clegg and Vince Cable in attendance that it was an area of regeneration. How wrong I was. New Brighton is a very faded seaside resort on The Wirral with a backdrop of heavy industry.

Nothing "new" about it unfortunately.
