Maybe not quite Itchycoo Park, but the spire of Llandaff Cathedral does it for me every time. Beautiful setting in the dell so there's a great view of the spire on the approach steps down to the Cathedral entrance.

Took Dad in for blood transfusion at 9am, went in early so we could both grab a cooked breakfast first!

Off to Cardiff to visit C before his trip to Poland next week. Quick catch up [for us] over a coffee then I decided on a visit to Llandaff Cathedral for a photo stop and meditation. Met a couple from South Derbyshire visiting the area, also photographing the Cathedral. Debated whether to use the original colour shot or go for black and white - never really much contest for me.

Home in time to meet flooring subcontractor to get a quote for the flooring to the studio. Have to confirm date to follow on after the plaster has dried. Then back to the hospital to collect dad, surgery to arrange his next blood test and back home via the chippie. Ah, what exotic lives we lead.
