Champagne lunch/afternoon at The Bonham

Another fabulously foodie day, interviewed David, the distiller at the new Heads & Tales Edinburgh Gin Bar followed by a wonderful Champagne lunch at The Bonham courtesy of Piper Heidsieck - I even got the chance to do a Sabrage (& nailed it) - lucky me!
