The Sweetest Thing

Tomorrow it's the wedding of our son Tom. He doesn't like traditional fruit wedding cake, but he's rather partial to a carrot cake. So I made this specially for him.
Not sure if we'll get round to blipping tomorrow. Might be a bit busy.
