Elderflower Bubbly

Well that's the plan. Had a wee go of making some Elderflower "Champagne" and this is the first batch bottled. It has to settle now for 1 week before the first bottle will be cracked open.....and the taste, well lets wait and see.

The second batch is brewing as wee speak and there have been a few modifications to it.

Time will tell whether either are any good or whether both will be like the English Football team....Much promise but deliver nowt!!
