Sitting in the garden this evening watching Ryan run about daft and he requested photos so it was selfie central.

Tomorrow is the day that I climb Ben Nevis for MacMillan Cancer Support, bag packed and an early night. I did it last year and was nervous the night before but as I know what to expect I'm very excited.
