No great photography but an interesting point.

The sign indicates a rather precise 13 minutes to the hospital.

However, it is fair to say that people entering a hospital have a higher chanace of being ill than those who are not entering a hospital. However, staff may well be fully fit.

My question is, the thirteen minutes - does this mean thirteen minutes for a fully fit person or somebody who may have mobility issues?

Or is the unit of time rather 'twee' in this case?

I thought non-standard units had fallen out of favour.
