Using the pilot ship Edmond Gardner as his canvas Venezuelan Carlos Cruz-Dies has responded to the practice of Dazzle painting in a new work co-commissioned by the Liverpool Biennial, Tate Liverpool and 14-18 NOW WW1 Centenary Art Commissions in partnership with Merseyside Maritime Museums
