"Somewhere to dump your gear"

When you play in a band, you have a certain expectation when you're offered somewhere to leave your guitar cases and stuff. A broom cupboard. A windowless storage space. An airless committee room.

So when I walked through the unprepossessing-looking door and found this view, it came as quite a surprise. A green room with added green.

The Candidates were playing at Easter Road stadium (one of the function rooms at Easter Road rather than your actual stadium gig) at a charity night for CRY. A good night in aid of a good cause.

On the way there, I'd just had time to admire the art on display at Andy's Art Club Final Show. Some brilliant stuff.
