The Red Box Barista

The 2 old telephone boxes at the entrance to the Pavilion Gardens have be re-purposed by Red Box to serve coffee and ice cream. I know have a loyalty card so will be dropping by more and more.

The barista is half limey half yankee and has been in the UK since she was 9. Still has a US-ish accent though.

She told me this is the first of hopefully many re-purposed boxes, all donating 10% of their proceeds to Friend First a charity that offers a pathway our of homelessness, dependency and unemployment. They have identified over 300 disused boxes they would like to use across the country.
