Puzzled...

This flower/plant puzzled me last year. I didn't plant it and I really don't know what it is!

This year it has again flowered and I thought I would use it as my blip to see if anyone knew what it was.

It stands over a meter tall in places with these lovely yellow flowers. Its certainly got me puzzled...
