Red, red wine

So, end of the week and this is my first, okay second, glass of red wine for more than two weeks. Also, didn't maintain my daily rendezvous with the cross trainer at the gym today but had two Celebration Milky Ways instead. Then came home and the b***** boiler is on the blink again, so no heating and no hot water. Left a message with the heating engineers so here's hoping Saturday service comes up trumps.

However, on a more positive note, the college hosted Brian Taylor's Big Debate on BBC Radio Scotland this lunchtime. Great fun, very entertaining and quite exciting to participate in a live radio broadcast.
