Live in the present

Busy morning with some vigorous garden work. We decided that around two, when I had had enough, that a gin and tonic was called for. While we say happily sipping and chatting the scent of the Philidelphus (orange blossom) wafted over us. The tree is unbelievably profuse this year. We thought it was a pity you couldn't bottle the scent, but you can't. Like most of the best things in life, it has to be experienced in the here and now.
