2nd day of construction

Save water & end up with legal parking. Hopefully we will not have to worry about not being able park when we come home from an evening out now. Changes in zoning laws added 2 apartment complexes, evening recreational activities at the school/rec field and people having more than one family leaving in a house designed for one family caused over crowding & insufficient parking making me apprehensive to go anywhere before 9AM or after 4PM.
